■ Product introduction:
● In recent years, fully mechanized backfill mining technology has been rapidly applied in many mining areas across China, achieving significant economic and social benefits. Our factory, as the Equipment R&D Center of the National Energy Key Laboratory of Backfill Mining Technology, relying on the technical requirements of Jizhong Energy Group's mines, has carried out multiple scientific and technological research initiatives focusing on roadway and working face backfill technology. It has obtained two provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards, and possesses nine utility model patents and two invention patents. The self-developed self-advancing roadway backfill machine achieved mechanized continuous backfilling in roadways for the first time; the developed ZC5160/30/50 type gangue backfill and ultra-high water content backfill hydraulic supports were applied in Xingdong Mine, filling the gap for 5-meter full-seam-height backfill hydraulic supports both domestically and internationally, while also establishing China's first intelligent backfill mining working face; the developed ZC6200/15/28 type gangue backfill hydraulic supports provided equipment guarantee for the construction of what is currently China's longest 150-meter thinner seam gangue backfill mining working face at Guxian Jingu Coal Industry, achieving excellent application results.
